Xchatlife makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. You acknowledge that AI-generated responses may contain errors or unexpected outputs, and you use such content at your own discretion and risk.
Xchatlife offers premium features through token purchases and subscription plans. All purchases are processed through third-party payment providers. Tokens and subscription benefits are non-transferable. Refunds are handled in accordance with the applicable payment provider's policies. Xchatlife reserves the right to change pricing, token values, or subscription tiers at any time with reasonable notice.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, AI models, and software — are the property of Xchatlife or its licensors. You retain ownership of any original content you provide as input, but you grant Xchatlife a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid to Xchatlife in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Wyoming, USA.
