The Service includes both free and premium features, which may be accessed through token purchases or subscription plans. All characters and interactions are entirely fictional and generated by artificial intelligence.

4. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update your information as needed. Xchatlife is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to access another user's account without authorization
• Exploit, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service's infrastructure or security measures
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without prior written consent
• Upload or transmit content that involves the exploitation of minors in any form
• Distribute, share, or publicly post AI-generated content from the Service in a manner that violates applicable laws
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users or any real person

6. AI-Generated Content

All characters, conversations, and images produced by the Service are generated by artificial intelligence and are entirely fictional. They do not represent real individuals. Xchatlife makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. You acknowledge that AI-generated responses may contain errors or unexpected outputs, and you use such content at your own discretion and risk.

7. Tokens, Payments, and Subscriptions

Xchatlife offers premium features through token purchases and subscription plans. All purchases are processed through third-party payment providers. Tokens and subscription benefits are non-transferable. Refunds are handled in accordance with the applicable payment provider's policies. Xchatlife reserves the right to change pricing, token values, or subscription tiers at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, AI models, and software — are the property of Xchatlife or its licensors. You retain ownership of any original content you provide as input, but you grant Xchatlife a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

9. Termination

Xchatlife reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to the Service, other users, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and any unused tokens or remaining subscription time may be forfeited.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Xchatlife does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xchatlife and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid to Xchatlife in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Xchatlife operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
